  1. Hello dear. There are individual casual factors for depression. Psychiatrist or psychologist has to find out those factors through case study , interview or psychological tests etc. So without knowing all those things no one can comment specifically which can really help you. Try to be in company of your​ loved ones. Being optimistic and positive can help you… be physically active ( morning walk, physical exercise,yoga etc) follow a regular routine. you have to restore your inner strength yourself. Other can only advice you…..but it’s you who has to put efforts. wish you all the best. God bless you.
